At Veenuskar.com, we want you to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, exchange, or refund subject to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
Products purchased from Veenuskar.com may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused, unworn and in its original condition.
- The product is returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, accessories and invoices, where applicable.
- The product has not been damaged, altered, washed or used.
- The product is not marked as non-returnable on its product page.
- The return request is raised within the applicable return period.
Certain products may have different return conditions due to their nature. Please check the product page before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery;
- Defective or faulty;
- Different from the product ordered; or
- Missing parts or accessories,
please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
For faster resolution, customers may be requested to provide clear photographs or videos showing the product, packaging, shipping label and the issue.
After verification, Veenuskar.com may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund, as applicable.
3. Products That Cannot Be Returned
The following products may not be eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective or incorrect:
- Products specifically marked as non-returnable;
- Products that have been used, washed, altered or damaged by the customer;
- Products without original packaging, tags or accessories, where applicable;
- Products damaged because of improper handling or misuse after delivery;
- Products returned after the applicable return period.

4. How to Request a Return

Do not send products to an address unless it has been specifically provided or confirmed by Veenuskar.com.
5. Return Shipping Charges
For products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for return due to an issue attributable to Veenuskar.com, the applicable return shipping cost will be borne by Veenuskar.com.
For returns due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or other customer-requested reasons, return shipping charges may apply where permitted and will be communicated to the customer before the return is processed.
6. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will verify whether it meets the applicable return conditions.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.
Depending on the payment provider or bank, the refunded amount may take additional business days to appear in your account.
For prepaid orders, refunds will generally be made to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, where a refund is applicable, customers may be required to provide accurate bank account or other permitted payment details for processing the refund.
7. Refund Amount
Where a refund is approved, the amount refunded will depend on the circumstances of the return and applicable terms.

9. Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return process after delivery.
If an order is cancelled successfully before shipment and payment has already been made, the eligible refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.

11. Refund for Undelivered or Cancelled Orders
If Veenuskar.com is unable to fulfil an order and the order is cancelled by us, any eligible amount already paid by the customer will be refunded through the applicable payment method.
In accordance with applicable law, we will not refuse a refund where the goods are defective, deficient, spurious, materially different from what was advertised/agreed, or where other legally applicable refund rights arise.

Delivery timelines provided at checkout or on the website are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.
