Your Pack Shipment

• Packages are generally dispatched within *2-5 days* after receipt of payment and are shipped via Our Delivery Partners with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Our Delivery partners Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

• Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Services) –

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products

• The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category, the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.

• Thus, a customer who orders three items weighing 200gms, 250gms, and 400gms is charged a single delivery fee of a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. The customer is not charged for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each. Thus, the customer will pay a delivery fee of Rs 50 for ordering the three items as a single order instead of Rs 150 if he orders them separately.

• The weight of the product has been built-in into the delivery charge of each product. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage.

 

Delivery Time

• Packages are generally dispatched within *2-5 days* after receipt of payment and are shipped via Our Delivery Partners

• Delivery dates are relative to your location. You can track the status of your shipment with the docket number that will be mailed to you.

• Veenuskart is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company / postal authorities. These are beyond our control and is subject to conditions faced at the courier company.

• Note: Due to the Current COVID-19 pandemic the delivery time may be longer than usual.

 

Returns

Replacement will be processed only if:

• If the Product is DOA (Dead on Arrival)

• It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; Please Take the Unboxing Video for the same from the Original packing at the time of delivery

• The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

• Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged. Once invoice made cannot be modified or cancelled for any reasons thereof.
  Physical damage / mishandling of products / Tampering of warranty stickers – do not cover warranty.

• All products sold by us require technically qualified / PC Hardware engineer for installation. For only components purchased Buyers will have 3 days from the date of delivery for the replacement of the product if the product is DOA or Faulty and 7 days on purchase of a complete PC set for the replacement of the product if the product is DOA or Faulty. Beyond this time the manufacturer warranty will be applicable from our invoice which can be claimed from the Authorized service centre of the Brand

 

Cancellation of Order: Before Shipment

• You will be entitled to cancel the order placed to us; only if your product is not yet shipped by us. Once the product is shipped, we shall not accept cancellation requests.

• For any queries or information, Veenuskart requests you to call on Customer Support No. +91-8015473691 or email us on support@veenuskart.com by sharing your order id to resolve your queries through our customer care executive.

• If it is a Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• Under some rare situations, we can also raise an order cancellation request. These situations could be –

• Product out of stock with Veenuskart

• Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per Terms & Conditions of any offer/Discount.

• Incorrect pricing or description of the product.

• Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department.

• Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address.

• Any other unavoidable or unforeseeable circumstances. 

• You agree that, non-completion of the order within the prescribed time-limit will not automatically entail the Cancellation of the order, if the same is as a result of the circumstances beyond our control.

A cancellation request cannot be made after your order is ready for shipment. Once the product is opened or the service is considered as delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. You can however claim a warranty as per our warranty policy. All refunds are processed after internal verification and in case of any sales return, we reserve our right to full and partial refunds based on the condition of the product.
